Vehicle Interaction System

DESIGN OBJECTIVE

In this project, we worked to understand the unique needs of certain vehicle drivers in order to optimize service experience and create a how-to-win strategy.

APPROACH

After completing in-depth fieldwork and aligning on research learnings and the direction we should be taking, we came up with key opportunity areas.

Ensuing this, we went on to collaboratively create UX/UI strategies and principles that were based on the research for the key opportunity areas. I then went on to utilize these strategies during the UI architecture, flow diagrams, and wireframe development.
